2. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund request may be considered in the following situations:

  • You were charged twice for the same subscription or order.
  • Your subscription was activated but the paid features were not accessible due to a verified platform error.
  • A refund request is raised within 7 days of purchase and the subscription features have not been used.
  • Your payment was deducted but the subscription was not activated, and this is confirmed by our system.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • You have already used the subscription features (e.g., viewed contact details, sent interest requests).
  • More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
  • The refund request is due to a change of mind or personal reasons unrelated to a service failure.
  • Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Promotional offers, discounted plans, or trial subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Dissatisfaction with matchmaking results, as we provide a platform and cannot guarantee matrimonial outcomes.

4. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions on Karadi Jeevansathi are not auto-renewed unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. There is currently no recurring billing system.

You may request cancellation of a subscription that has not yet been activated by contacting us within 24 hours of purchase. Post-activation cancellations are subject to the refund eligibility criteria above.

Payments on Karadi Jeevansathi are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation. We cooperate fully with Cashfree and payment providers in resolving legitimate disputes.
